| Jemin Patel, Chief Executive Officer & President With more than 15 years experience as a technology visionary and entrepreneur, Mr. Patel is the driving force behind HedgeHog's corporate vision and strategic direction. As CEO and president, he is responsible for defining the company's service offerings, forming strategic alliances with partners and customers around the globe and managing the company's day-to-day operations. Mr. Patel has founded several successful businesses, including NetXs Solutions, a provider of custom software development services. Throughout his career, Mr. Patel has been committed to creating affordable and easy-to-use technology solutions that meet customers' unique needs and provide fast return on investment. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University. Harry Stackhouse, Chief Financial Officer As HedgeHog's chief financial officer, Mr. Stackhouse is responsible for ensuring the company's financial viability. He focuses on maintaining profitability through strict cost control practices. Mr. Stackhouse has honed his financial acumen over a 30-year career which includes executive roles with U.S. Steel as well as several small manufacturing companies. He has a long track record of helping startup and turnaround organizations attain and maintain profitability by effectively positioning them for rapid growth through centralized accounting and cost control systems. Mr. Stackhouse is also well-versed in international finance based on his significant experience with operations in European and Asian markets. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University. Kevin Davis, Chairman Mr. Davis is a seasoned business leader and successful entrepreneur who brings to HedgeHog more than 32 years of experience managing and growing technology and manufacturing companies. Since 1989, he has served as president of AcraLine Products, Inc., a large manufacturer of custom fabricated metal products. As HedgeHog's current chairman, Mr. Davis plays a key role in helping to define and manage the company's business and financial strategies. Through his three decade background in the manufacturing industry, he brings extensive experience and insights into industrial procurement needs and trends. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. Steve Knollman, General Manager North America/Europe Operations As the general manager of HedgeHog’s North American and European operations, Mr. Knollman draws upon nearly 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, management and procurement across industry sectors including industrial, legal, technology and government. He is responsible for HedgeHog’s North American and European operational, financial and administrative initiatives as well as developing business and broad-level market awareness of the company’s technologies and services. In addition to these roles, Mr. Knollman also oversees HedgeHog’s client support services and the administration of hundreds of multi-million dollar auction events each quarter. Mr. Knollman received a bachelor’s degree in business from Xavier University. Parimit Parmar, Director Asia Pacific/Middle East Operations Mr. Parmar serves as director of the Asia Pacific and Middle Eastern regions for HedgeHog. With nearly 15 years of experience in information technology (IT), management and e-procurement, he helps drive business growth through worldwide sales and marketing initiatives. In this position, Mr. Parmar also develops strategic alliances, leads global sourcing and support services and recommends feature enhancements to HedgeHog’s e-procurement products. Mr. Parmar graduated with a chemical discipline and received a management degree in marketing and management information systems (MIS). |
